Korpai Construction Co., Ltd was formed in 2020 and is owned by Tipakorn Samarnrak. 

Korpai is a builder and property developer which encompasses activities that range from the renovation
and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of developed land or parcels to others. 

As a developer Korpai coordinates all construction activities encompassing converting ideas from paper to real property. Korpai will also manage the day-to-day construction process.
